Refund Policies

We extend the courtesy of refunds under specific circumstances and outlined conditions. Amazonetic provides a 100% Refund on all its services; it’s important to note, however, that this refund is not unconditional, and specific conditions do apply.

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to our refund process. Therefore, it is advisable to acquaint yourself with the details of our refund policies to ensure a clear understanding of how they are applied. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us.

If the client is unresponsive for consecutively 3 months then the Automation plan will be frozen and he/she won’t be eligible for any type of refund.

After getting onboard with us if the client changes his/her mind then he will only be eligible for a refund in 24-48 hours after getting onboard with us.

We believe in offering fair and transparent refund conditions. To provide clarity, here are the circumstances under which a refund may not be applicable:

Special or Custom Packages:

Refunds may not be applicable if you have selected a special or custom package tailored to your specific needs.

Excessive Revisions:

Should you request revisions beyond the initial concepts, a refund may not be granted.

Customer Responsiveness:

If a customer remains unresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice, a refund may not be processed. If the project is placed on hold upon the customer’s request, the refund will be voided.

Policy Violation:

A refund may not be applicable if there is a violation of the company’s policies or policy.

Incomplete Creative Brief:

In cases where the creative brief lacks essential information from the client, a refund may not be considered.

Business Changes:

Refunds may not be applicable if the business is closing or undergoing a name or business change.

Non-Service-Related Reasons:

Reasons such as a ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreement with a partner,’ which do not pertain to the service provided, will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions, a refund may not be applicable.
